The Fun Of Blogs Writing For Profit
Millions of people, both young and old alike, write Blogs for fun. I wonder how many of them know you can make money writing Blogs? Writing Blogs for profit can be fun too. You just adjust your style to accommodate the needs of your clients. I will be talking about themes and structure. I will also touch on the style of writing you do for Blogs and how to get over the occasional writer's block.
Professional Blog writers write groups of Blogs for clients, which they get paid for. The client will pick the Keyword or keyword phrase you are to use at least once in the text of the Blog. The keyword is usually the topic of the blog.
A blog is a short statement, or a short story, that gives an opinion on a single topic. Its length should be about 100 words. The pay you receive will based on 100 words, so keep them as close to 100 words as you can. The text must contain the keyword or keyword phrase that has been selected for the blog.
In general the structure for a blog is the same as the structure for a paragraph that you learned in English class back in school. The first sentence introduces the topic of your blog. The next two or 3 sentences is where you give your opinion on the topic. The last sentence sums up your opinion, or closes your story. The structure is the same, but the key thing to remember is to keep it as close to the 100 word count as you can. I talk about getting over writer's block and blog themes together. I do this because knowing one solves the other. I use four possible themes for my blogs they are: 1) How to 2) Benefits of 3) Tips for 4) Comparisons The topic for the blog will be given to you so if you get stuck, check back to these 4 themes to help you decide how to write about your topic using the key words given. Your style can change from blog to blog. You can give an opinion as a flat statement or you can tell a little story that illustrates an opinion. The only thing you have to be very concerned about is that your blogs stay positive. No one will pay you for negative opinions. Normally you don't mention a brand name of a product in a blog unless it is a specific product that your client sells. Even when you are making a comparison only mention your client's product and say something like "compared to other similar products".
